Due to the nature of digital products and license-based activation, refunds are only provided if the software is proven not to work on the customer’s system, and only after verification by our support team via remote session (e.g., AnyDesk).
Refunds are not issued for:
- User error or misunderstanding of features
- Detection, bans, or account penalties
- Change of mind or accidental purchases
