What Are Warzone Ranks?
Warzone has a total of seven different ranks through which players can progress. Each rank is divided into three tiers or divisions (except for Iridescent & Top 250), making for a total of 20 different rank levels.
The ranks, in order from lowest to highest, are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Crimson, Iridescent, and Top 250. As you progress through the ranks, the requirements to reach the next level become more challenging. Bronze is the starting point for new players, while Iridescent is the highest and most prestigious rank that only the top Warzone players will achieve.
Within each of the seven main ranks, there are three divisions – for example, Bronze I, Bronze II, and Bronze III. As you win more matches and gain SR, you’ll climb through the divisions of each rank before eventually promoting to the next full rank.
Although Warzone is a PC game, you can easily access the mobile version and play on the go. You can also grind the CoDM ranks as it has pretty much the same ranking system under different names.

Warzone Ranked System
In Warzone, players progress through the ranks by earning Skill Rating (SR). You can earn SR by placing well in matches and getting kills/assists. The exact amount of SR you earn depends on how many teams are remaining in the match.
For example, if you secure a first-place finish, you’ll earn 150 SR. You can also earn additional SR for your kills and assists during the match. If there are 9 or more teams remaining, you’ll get 5 SR per kill/assist and 2 SR per non-assisted kill. As the match gets closer to the end, with only 8 teams left, that increases to 7 SR per kill/assist and 3 SR per non-assisted kill. And in the final 3 teams, you’ll earn 15 SR per kill/assist and 7 SR per non-assisted kill.
The minimum SR requirements for each rank are as follows:
- Bronze: No minimum SR
- Silver: 900 SR
- Gold: 2,100 SR
- Platinum: 3,600 SR
- Diamond: 5,400 SR
- Crimson: 7,500 SR
- Iridescent: 10,000 SR
The top 250 players on the leaderboard will all have 10,000+ SR. By understanding how the Warzone ranked system works and optimizing your playstyle to earn as much SR as possible, you can easily climb the ranks and become an elite Warzone player.
Warzone Deployment Fees
Warzone players have to pay a deployment fee to queue up for a match. This fee is the Skill Rating you’ll be losing to enter the game. The deployment fee increases as you climb the ranks:
- Bronze I–III: No Deployment Fee
- Silver I: -10 SR
- Silver II: -14 SR
- Silver III: -18 SR
- Gold I: -23 SR
- Gold II: -28 SR
- Gold III: -33 SR
- Platinum I: -39 SR
- Platinum II: -45 SR
- Platinum III: -51 SR
- Diamond I: -58 SR
- Diamond II: -65 SR
- Diamond III: -72 SR
- Crimson I: -80 SR
- Crimson II: -90 SR
- Crimson III: -100 SR
- Iridescent and Top 250: –110 SR + 10 SR every 500 SR above 10,000 up to a max Deployment Fee of –210 SR
Understanding these deployment fees is important, as they can significantly impact your Skill Rating progression if you’re not careful.

Partying Up in Ranked
When playing Warzone’s ranked mode, there are restrictions on who you can party up with based on your skill division. The player with the highest skill division in the party determines the party SR restrictions:
- Iridescent (Including Top 250) & Crimson: Can only party with players within 1 skill division
- Diamond: Can party with players within 2 skill divisions
- Bronze through Platinum: Can party up without any restrictions
